 FTP Step-By-Step Support (Using SmartFTP)

1. Solution Soft Net recommends SmartFTP, a simple, free and easy to use FTP client.

2. Go to http://www.smartftp.com/ download and install SmartFTP.

3. Run SmartFTP and in the Address enter your domain name, in Login your username and in Password your password. The press Enter on your keyboard (see screenshot below).
   
   Note:
   You have to have a FTP username and password which is usually provided to you by your hosting company.
   Also make sure you are connected to the internet before connecting to your site.
   If you are behind a firewall, contact your network administrator for assistance.
