 Outlook Express Step-By-Step Support

  1. From the Menu select Tools then Accounts.

  2. Select "Mail" tab.

  3. If you do not have an e-mail account yet click on Add to the right then Mail.
    If you already have an e-mail account
    select it then click on Properties and jump to step 13.

  4. Select your e-mail account from the list and click Change.. and jump to step 7. If you don't have one, click Add..

  5. After clicking Add, enter your Display Name. Click Next.

  6. Enter your E-mail Address. Click Next.

  7. Select POP3 as your incoming mail server from the drop down list.

  8. For Incoming mail server (POP3) use: mail.yourdomain.ext.
      Example: if your domain name is www.abc.com then your POP3
        would be mail.abc.com.

  9. For Outgoing mail server (SMTP) use: mail.ispproxy.ext.
      Example1: if you are using Shabakah as your internet service
        provider, your SMTP would be mail.shabakah.net.sa.

  10. Enter Username and Password. Click Next.

  11. Click Finish.

  12. Repeat step 1 and 2 then select your e-mail account.

  13. Go to the Connections tab and make sure you select the connection you are currently using to access the internet (see screenshot below).

  14. Click OK.
