From the Menu select
Tools
then
Options.

Select "Mail
Setup"
tab.

Click on "Email
Accounts"
button.

Select "View
or change existing e-mail
accounts",
click Next.

Select your e-mail account
from the list and click
Change..
and jump to step 7. If you
don't have one, click
Add..

After
clicking Add, select
POP3
then click Next.

Fill up the spaces with the
correct information (see
screenshot below).

For
Incoming mail server (POP3)
use: mail.yourdomain.ext.
Example:
if your domain name is
www.abc.com then your POP3
would be mail.abc.com.

For
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
use:
mail.ispproxy.ext.
Example1: if you are using
Shabakah as your internet
service
provider, your SMTP would be mail.shabakah.net.sa.

Click
Test Account Settings
to verify all fields (see
screenshot below).

All tasks should have a
green tick
next
to them indicating a
successful e-mail account
setup.
